Vodafone Strengthens Digital Services by Acquiring Skaylink

Vodafone Group Plc announced that it has signed a binding agreement worth 175 million Euros to acquire 100% of Skaylink GmbH from funds managed by the State Securities. This process will expand the scope of digital services that Vodafone offers to its business and public sector customers.

Skaylink is a leading cloud, digital transformation, and security expert with offices across Germany and Europe. Its team of over 500 professionals is recognized for their expertise in managing cloud deployments and migrations in Microsoft and Amazon Web Services environments. Additionally, it has significant experience in implementing artificial intelligence solutions for business clients.

Vodafone aims to accelerate its growth in security, managed services, and cloud areas with this acquisition. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2026, following the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
