The Urgent Expropriation Process for Energy Projects Has Started

Important decisions have been made regarding the urgent expropriation of certain properties located on the project routes, as part of large-scale energy projects to be carried out in different cities of Turkey.

Presidential Decisions Published in the Official Gazette

Details on the matter have been published in the Official Gazette through Presidential decisions. These decisions encompass critical steps taken to strengthen energy infrastructure and ensure energy security.

154 kV Gelgit RES TM Project

Within the framework of the 154 kV Gelgit RES TM- (BOTAŞ TM- Çatalca RES TM) (Input-Output) Energy Transmission Line Project, which will be carried out by the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ), urgent expropriation will be conducted for the property of pole locations in some areas. Additionally, a right of easement will be established for areas related to conductor swing clearance.

Eğirdir Natural Gas Pipeline Project

On the other hand, it has been announced that certain properties have been included in the urgent expropriation scope for the natural gas pipeline project planned to be implemented in the Eğirdir district. These properties will be used for the fixed facilities, access roads, and energy transmission lines to be constructed within the project.
