


Founded in 2018, Turkey Product Specialization Exchange (TÜRİB) has increased its trading volume in the ELÜS market to 123.6 billion TL by 2025. During this period, a total of 9.9 million tons of products were traded.
In its 6.5 years of operation, TÜRİB has reached a total trading volume of 372.2 billion TL with 57.3 million tons of products changing hands. General Manager Ali Kırali reported that the daily trading volume record set in 2024 has risen to 5.46 billion TL on August 7, 2025.
Among the traded products, there are 15 different items including wheat, corn, and barley. One of the newly added products, dried grape, will also be traded on TÜRİB in accordance with the quality criteria of the Ministry of Trade.
TÜRİB offers a storage capacity of over 14 million tons with 265 licensed warehouse operators across 54 provinces, 165 districts, and 363 different locations. The storage capacity, which was 4 million tons when operations began, is now aimed to reach 18 million tons.
The closing value of the TÜRİB Wheat Bread Index has been determined at 6,665.00 for 2025, showing an increase of %29.61. In the same year, the barley index recorded an increase of %51.90, while the corn index rose by %30.77.
One of TÜRİB's innovative projects, the TÜRİB Trading System (TÜRİS), started operating on January 13, 2025. The International Product Market is set to commence operations in the first quarter of 2026, allowing for the trading of agricultural products in USD and EUR at customs warehouses.
The Futures Market, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, is also under rapid development.
