Important Agreement Between Tofaş and Stellantis

Tofaş has extended the production period of the Tipo/Egea model until June 30, 2026 with an agreement made with Stellantis Europe S.P.A.. This development was announced through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

Changes to the Production Contract

In the announcement, it was stated that changes were made to the production contract for the Tipo/Egea model produced at the factory in Bursa. It was expressed that discussions had begun for the export of the K0 model to the North American market with a special situation announcement dated November 2, 2024.

Investment for the North American Market

Within the framework of these production plans, it was noted that the total production quantity is targeted to be approximately 1 million, with 230 thousand units expected to be exported to North America. It was emphasized that the total investment amount for the K0 model was revised to 386 million Euros to enable production suitable for the North American market.
