Ministry of Trade's Inspection Report for 2025

The Ministry of Trade inspected 426,474 firms and 26,865,521 products during its comprehensive inspections conducted between January 1 and September 30, 2025. As a result of these inspections, a total administrative fine of 2.1 billion TL was imposed.

Regional Inspection and Penalty Applications

In the first 9 months of 2025, 94,256 individuals and legal entities were inspected, primarily in sectors such as automotive, stockpiling, real estate, jewelry, and exorbitant pricing. A total of 4,101 individuals and firms were fined 773,687,156 TL as a result of these inspections.

Consumer Protection Inspections

The General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance inspected 25,462 individuals and legal entities during the same period, finding violations of regulations in 1,650 individuals and firms. These firms were subjected to an administrative fine of 491,839,017 TL.
