Management Innovations at Tekfen Holding

Tekfen Holding has officially announced that Hakan Sadık Göral, who has been serving as the Group Companies President (CEO) since March 7, 2023, has voluntarily stepped down from his position. This change is considered an important development in line with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Appointment of Namık Ülke

The announcement revealed that Namık Ülke has been appointed in place of Hakan Sadık Göral. This appointment was made by the TMSF Fund Board in its decision dated October 9, 2025. Namık Ülke will start his role as the new Group Companies President of Tekfen Holding and will develop strategies to further advance the company’s management vision.

Changes in the Management Board

Significant changes have occurred not only in the CEO position but also in the management board of Tekfen Holding. Uğur Bayar and Bayram Saral have resigned from their positions as members of the management board. Following these resignations, the TMSF Fund Board proposed the appointment of Taner Yalçın and Erdem Şair by its decision numbered 2025/544 dated October 9, 2025. It was stated that the Tekfen Holding Management Board would continue these new appointments until the first general assembly meeting in accordance with Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code and would submit them for approval.

About Namık Ülke's Career

Namık Ülke graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in 1991. He began his career in 1993 as an inspector at Akbank and has held various managerial positions in significant financial institutions such as Türk Ekonomi Bankası, Odeabank, Parafinans Faktoring, and Anadolubank between 1997 and 2024. During this period, he assumed roles such as credit risk manager, branch manager, regional director, deputy general manager, and finally general manager. Additionally, he served as an independent board member at Mypayz Payment Institution A.Ş. from August 2024 to February 2025.
