The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) has made an important decision regarding rediscount credits for exporting companies. The bank has increased the daily usage limits from 4 billion liras to 4.5 billion liras, effective from November 1, 2025.
According to information obtained from TCMB, these limits are updated regularly, taking into account market dynamics, demands from the real sector, and the trend of credit utilizations. In the latest reviews, the 4.5 billion lira limit has been established to meet the financial needs of exporting companies.
The daily limit increase is stated to begin to be implemented starting in the first week of November. With this change, TCMB aims to facilitate exporters' access to foreign currency-generating services, contributing to the Turkish economy.
