


The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT)'s gross reserves reached 198.4 billion dollars in the week of October 17, marking a new record. This figure represents a significant increase compared to the 189.7 billion dollars recorded in the previous week.
According to CBRT data, net reserves excluding swaps rose from 61.8 billion dollars to 63.3 billion dollars, while net reserves increased from 79.3 billion dollars to 79.6 billion dollars during the same period. This situation indicates that Turkey has a strong position in terms of foreign currency reserves.
