Systech Bhd., as a well-established provider in the digital enterprise solutions field, has entered into a strategic partnership with Microlink Solutions Berhad. This collaboration encompasses the launch of a GPU-as-a-Service ('GPUaaS') infrastructure powered by Super Micro Computer, Inc. and using integrated GPU servers featuring NVIDIA technology.
Systech Digital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Wilstech Sdn. Bhd.) has signed a cooperation agreement with Applied Business Systems Sdn. Bhd. ('ABS') as part of this initiative. ABS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Microlink, and this agreement outlines joint commitments to provide enterprise-scale GPUaaS services, including Artificial Intelligence ('AI') computing solutions.
ABS will serve as the authorized distributor for Supermicro to supply the GPU infrastructure within this initiative. High-performance servers equipped with advanced NVIDIA chipsets will form the backbone of Systech's new GPUaaS offering, providing scalable computing power for data-intensive workloads such as AI and Machine Learning ('ML').
The cooperation agreement will include the following: Systech Digital will lead the assembly, testing, integration, and commissioning of the GPUaaS infrastructure; will undertake research and development activities in AI, quantum computing, and green technologies; and will facilitate global technology partnerships.
ABS will ensure the delivery, configuration, maintenance, and updating of the GPU infrastructure according to industry standards; it will also provide technical documentation from the infrastructure provider.
Both parties aim to successfully deliver the project and maintain an efficient working relationship through joint planning, decision-making, and execution.
This collaboration was officially announced at a launch event held at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Kuala Lumpur, bringing together key leaders from the AI, corporate, and public sectors. A live showcase and networking session highlighted the transformative potential of GPUaaS in supporting national digital transformation goals.
Systech's GPUaaS solution enables customers to access GPU resources on demand without making large upfront investments. This service is expected to revolutionize the acceleration of AI adoption in sectors such as fintech, healthcare, education, cybersecurity, and smart manufacturing. Additionally, this service aims to create a competitive and digitally skilled economy in alignment with MyDIGITAL and the National Artificial Intelligence Roadmap ('NAIR').
Jonathan Lim Ying Ran, Systech Bhd.
