New Direct Export Program

Superstate has launched a new Direct Export Program that allows publicly traded companies to issue tokenized shares on the Ethereum and Solana blockchains. This program enables Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered companies to raise funds by selling shares online.

Companies can raise capital in this way and obtain rapid financing in the form of stablecoin. Additionally, transactions are carried out instantly, and registration updates are provided in real-time.

This new initiative is also in line with the increasing support from U.S. regulators for blockchain-based capital markets.
