Strive Paid Its Debt to Semler and Expanded Its Bitcoin Futures.

Strive (ASST) raised $225 million through a preferred stock offering that received greater interest than expected. The company paid off $110 million of the historical debt associated with its newly acquired Semler Scientific (SMLR), significantly reducing this debt, which totals $120 million.

In addition to this significant step, Strive also increased its Bitcoin reserves by 333.89 units, bringing its total to approximately 13,132 Bitcoins. The value of these Bitcoin assets exceeds $1.1 billion.
