SPK approved the issuance of debt instruments for 10 companies in the energy, retail, and finance sectors, paving the way for a new dynamism in the markets.

The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) has approved the issuance of debt securities for a total of 10 companies from various sectors during its recent meetings. This development may lead to increased market activity and provide new opportunities for investors.

One of the prominent companies approved is Shell & Turcas Petrol AŞ, a champion of the energy sector. The company plans to issue 9 billion liras worth of debt securities. This step in the energy market is of great importance for increasing investments and financing projects.

Another notable application came from Allbatross Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ. The company received permission to issue 1 billion liras worth of debt securities, aiming to provide more liquidity in the markets. Additionally, Optima Faktoring AŞ was approved to conduct an issuance of 150 million liras. This issuance could contribute to the growth of the factoring sector.

A significant development also occurred in the food and agriculture sector. Suvla Şarapları Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ is releasing a debt security worth 500 million liras, while Ak Finansal Kiralama AŞ is preparing to conduct a large issuance of 3 billion 500 million liras. This situation may increase investors' interest in the agriculture and food market.

Another company shaping the market is Marka Mağazacılık AŞ. The company aims to grow in the retail sector by issuing 1 billion 340 million liras worth of debt securities. Mint Finansman AŞ will strengthen its financing with an issuance of 150 million liras. Additionally, Halk Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ is prepared to issue 4 billion liras worth of debt securities.

Another approval closely monitored by the financial markets was granted to Anadolubank AŞ. The bank plans to issue 250 million dollars worth of debt securities. Destek Finans Faktoring AŞ has also received the necessary approvals for an issuance of 3 million dollars.

SPK also approved the applications for Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ, which plans to issue 6 billion liras worth of lease certificates based on management contracts, and Hedef Varlık Kiralama AŞ, which plans to issue 1 billion liras. These developments present important opportunities, especially for real estate investors.
