PPHE Hotel Group, as a significant player in the international hospitality and real estate sector, has chosen the Oracle OPERA Cloud hospitality platform as its global property management system (PMS). With the implementation of the system in 18 hotels and 5,200 rooms across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Italy, the company will standardize its business processes and optimize operational performance.

As a user of Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5, PPHE Hotel Group will eliminate the need for on-premise hardware by transitioning to OPERA Cloud PMS, significantly reducing its IT budget. The platform's all-in-one panels and mobile accessibility will enable staff to minimize manual tasks and provide personalized experiences that exceed guest expectations.

PPHE will manage sales, reservations, loyalty, and front desk operations through a single platform by integrating its existing IT systems via open-source REST APIs. Additionally, with the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP), PPHE will have access to over 1,000 pre-integrated business and customer services, allowing it to deliver innovations rapidly and customize operations.
