VANCOUVER, BC, November 6, 2025 – Pan Global Resources Inc. (TSXV: PGZ) (OTCQB: PGZFF) (FRA: 2EU) announced the discovery of a new high-priority volcanic massive sulfide (VMS) target in southern Spain. This new target is supported by historical exploration data and previous Trinidad and Carmen mine workings examined in a preliminary field review. Additionally, information obtained from the public database of the Spanish Geological Survey and Exxon research maps from the 1980s were included in this interpretation.
Field observations confirm surface copper mineralization along a 1-kilometer trend that overlaps a large, untested gravity and magnetic anomaly. This indicates a strong potential for VMS-style mineralization.
Tim Moody, President and CEO of Pan Global, stated, "Historical mine works, positive surface geochemistry, and overlapping large gravity and magnetic anomalies are strong indicators of the potential for volcanic massive sulfide mineralization. The historical Trinidad and Carmen mine workings are among the first target areas to be examined and are only one of many new targets to be evaluated in Escacena South."
Escacena South is one of the last largely unexplored areas in the Iberian Pyrite Belt and significantly increases the company’s new VMS discovery potential. Numerous large gravity anomalies in this zone remain untested despite ongoing mining activities in the region.
Escacena South: High Potential Target
Surface mineralization evidence: Preliminary field review confirmed copper mineralization from historical mines, including semi-massive sulfides and gossans observed around the Trinidad and Carmen mine workings. This area was last mined for copper in the 1940s.
Large untested anomaly: A review of historical geophysical datasets highlights a gravity and magnetic anomaly extending over 3.5 km south of the Trinidad and Carmen mine workings and west of La Romana. The strongest part of the gravity anomaly (>1 mGal) covers an area of 1.5 km x 1 km.
Historical high-quality data: Analytical results from historical rock grab samples revealed up to 6.3% copper, 2.45% tin, and 48.6 g/t silver from gossans; while mine dumps contained 2.59% copper, 2.8% tin, and 25 g/t silver.
Expanded exploration potential: Escacena South nearly doubles the surface area of the Escacena Project and contains numerous untested gravity anomalies similar to the La Romana copper-tin-silver deposit. This presents significant targets for future exploration.
Next steps: The Trinidad and Carmen area has been designated as a priority target for drilling as soon as all necessary permits are in place. The review of other targets in the Escacena South area is ongoing.
Drilling Continues at Escacena and Cármenes Projects
While drilling continues at the Bravo target within the Escacena Project, second phase drilling at the Providencia gold, copper, nickel, and cobalt target in the Cármenes Project is ongoing. Results are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
