A significant opportunity has been provided for industrialists who have not completed their investments in organized industrial zones (OSB). The Ministry of Industry and Technology announced that industrialists whose investment processes have been disrupted can apply for an extension until December 31.

Change in the Regulation

The "Regulation Amending the Implementation Regulation of Organized Industrial Zones" prepared by the Ministry has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force. With this regulation, industrialists whose previous deadlines have expired have been given the opportunity to apply.

Application Process and Extension

Industrialists who have not obtained construction permits or business operating and working permits can request an extension until March 31, 2028. If applications are not made within the specified period, all expired parcel allocations will be canceled by the OSB.

In calculating the duration, the date of entry into force of the regulation will be considered. This step offers a critical advantage for industrialists to complete their projects.
