ÖİB has opened a tender to privatize the shares of Doğusan Boru.

New Tender Announcement from the Privatization Administration for Doğusan Boru Sanayii

The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) has initiated the tender process for the privatization of the 56.09% public shares in Doğusan Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A. Ş.. This tender will be conducted through the block sale method and negotiation procedure.

Tender Dates and Conditions

The deadline for submitting final bids has been set for November 24, 2025. The amount of the temporary guarantee for participants wishing to submit bids has been set at 75 million TL. Additionally, the fee for the specification and promotional documents has been announced as 75 thousand TL.

Tender Process with Negotiation Method

The tender will begin with multiple bidders submitting their offers in closed envelopes, followed by negotiation meetings based on these bids. Finally, the final results will be obtained through an open auction among the bidders who participated in the negotiation meetings.
