NiCE Announces New COO

NiCE (NASDAQ: NICE) today announced the appointment of Arun Chandra as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective December 1, 2025. In this new role, Chandra will oversee NiCE's Global Customer Operations and enhance operational excellence within the organization.

Scott Russell, CEO of NiCE, stated, “Arun’s leadership will strengthen NiCE's operational foundations and accelerate our AI-driven vision. We are confident that his technological expertise, strategic clarity, and global operational discipline will significantly contribute to NiCE.”

Chandra joins NiCE from his role as Senior Vice President at The Walt Disney Company. At Disney, he managed the modernization of the customer experience function for the company’s $24 billion streaming business, serving 195 million subscribers worldwide.

During this time, he leveraged advanced artificial intelligence and automation to enhance customer engagement, build loyalty, and achieve customer satisfaction. Under Chandra's leadership, NiCE will elevate the company's AI-focused experience vision by combining innovative and customer-centric strategies.

Chandra holds an MBA from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, an MS from The Ohio State University, and a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology. He has also completed various programs for senior executives at Harvard Business School.

With this appointment, NiCE continues its mission to redefine AI-based customer experience, combining human empathy with intelligent automation at scale.
