Microsoft’s Xbox Design Lab, a service that allows users to design personalized Xbox Wireless Controllers and Xbox Elite Series 2 Wireless Controllers, has resumed operations in a total of 27 countries thanks to a new partnership with ESW.
Xbox Design Lab Product Manager Tejaswi Kotekar stated, "This relaunch is an important milestone for the Xbox Design Lab. We needed a registered vendor that would provide excellent customer service. ESW’s agility and support played a critical role in helping us achieve our goals."
ESW’s technology and expertise help reduce the complexities of international e-commerce, enabling brands to provide quick and consistent customer service globally. ESW serves as the registered vendor and international e-commerce partner for the Xbox Design Lab. ESW created a unique and fully integrated payment experience during a critical timeframe for the relaunch of the Xbox Design Lab. Future plans include additional payment options to meet consumer needs.
The distribution of the Xbox Design Lab now covers North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific regions, including countries such as Canada, United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Denmark, Germany, Italy, and United Kingdom.
Tonia Luykx, ESW Company Revenue Director, remarked, "The Xbox Design Lab is one of the most innovative and immersive online shopping experiences that empowers gamers with large-scale customization of controllers." She added, "We are proud that ESW meets consumer needs across 27 different international markets, providing the same high level of customization for Xbox. Partnering with Microsoft presents a great opportunity to enhance the brand authority of the Xbox Design Lab and deliver this personalized experience to fans."
