Nscale has signed a significant agreement with Microsoft to establish large-scale artificial intelligence infrastructure in Europe and the USA. This strategic partnership includes the procurement of approximately 200,000 Nvidia GB300 GPU chips.
The agreement focuses on building the necessary infrastructure for Microsoft's artificial intelligence services, while collaborating with Dell Technologies on the hardware side. In this context, the artificial intelligence infrastructure aims for a wide distribution across four different countries on two continents.
Nscale plans to provide approximately 240 MW capacity with 104,000 Nvidia GB300 GPU chips at an artificial intelligence campus in Texas starting in the third quarter of 2026.
Nscale's CEO Josh Payne stated in an interview with the Financial Times that they aim to go public by the end of 2026.
