Following reports of damage to Atatürk posters on various advertising boards located in the İnönü and Hürriyet neighborhoods, the Akhisar District Governor’s Office took action. Law enforcement teams immediately launched an investigation after the incident and conducted detailed examinations.
As a result of the investigations, a person identified as A.Y. was apprehended and taken into custody by the Akhisar District Police Department. An in-depth inquiry was initiated into the motivations behind the incident and the suspect.
Following the act of vandalism, the Akhisar Chief Public Prosecutor's Office commenced a judicial investigation regarding the incident. During this process, the extent of the attack will be examined, and necessary legal actions will be taken within the framework of the responsibility to society.
