Ahmet Çelik, who worked as a pizza master in the capital for many years, returned to his ancestral home in Hanefi village, located in the Osmancık district of Çorum, to escape the chaos of life and lead a more peaceful life. The 58-year-old father of three began this process by first renovating his house while trying to adapt to village life.

Deciding to open a pizzeria in the renovated house's garden, which others described as not likely to succeed, Çelik aimed to offer local flavors with the village's stone oven. With this bold initiative, he established his business in his village, located 84 kilometers from the center of Çorum and 30 kilometers from the district of Osmancık, bringing a new breath to the local gastronomy scene.

Ahmet Çelik, who has a total of three tables in his pizza shop, began managing the business alongside his wife Birgül, his mother-in-law Münevver Çakır, and his cousin. The establishment quickly became recognized and loved among the local residents. Working tirelessly, Çelik aims for quality with his excellent pizza recipes, attracting attention with pizzas made from local ingredients.

The pizzas provided by Ahmet Çelik have drawn the interest of the villagers and visitors from nearby provinces, creating a continuously increasing demand. Particularly contributing to the vibrant atmosphere in the village, this shop not only supports local production but also stands out by creating a new social living space in the village.

Çelik is planning to expand his business further due to the experiences he has gained and the intense demands coming from the capital. In this context, his desire to bring high-quality pizzas to both local residents and guests serves as a testament to his determination and perseverance.
