Kosovo and Turkey Economic Cooperation: BALKANTÜRKSİAD Visit

The President of the Kosovo Esnaf Prizren Association, Varis Xhejlani, and his delegation paid an important visit to Bursa as guests of BALKANTÜRKSİAD. In this context, the delegation held productive meetings with Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz, the Rector of Bursa Uludağ University, Erol Ayyıldız, the Governor of Bursa, and Abidin Şakir Özen, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO).

During the meetings, emphasis was placed on economic cooperation between the two countries. Concrete steps were discussed, especially aimed at strengthening mutual support and collaboration in trade and investment areas. Joint projects that could be developed in the fields of education and culture were also significant agenda items of the meeting.

This meeting provided an important opportunity not only to enhance economic relations but also to increase cultural exchanges. The increasingly strengthening ties between Kosovo and Turkey have the potential to create new business opportunities that will benefit both sides.

At the end of the meetings, participants concluded the program with mutual plaque presentations that reinforced their intention for cooperation. It was emphasized that such events are of great importance in developing international business relations and establishing lasting connections between the two countries.
