KindlyMD Signs Significant Loan Agreement with Kraken

KindlyMD has secured a 210 million dollar loan from the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange. The annual interest rate for the agreement has been set at %8. The loan term is set to expire on December 4, 2026.

The company stated that it will use the proceeds from this loan to fully meet its obligations with Antalpha Digital. This agreement marks KindlyMD's fourth funding source this year. Previous financing arrangements were made with Yorkville Advisors, Two Prime, and Antalpha.
