Inspira Technologies OXY B.H.N. Ltd. (NASDAQ: IINN), as a pioneer in innovative life support and diagnostic technologies, announced two significant leadership appointments to strengthen its global commercialization and management structure. Mike Hershkovitz has been appointed as the Company’s Global Sales President, while Sivan Matza has joined the Company's board of directors as a member.

Sivan Matza manages hundreds of billions of dollars in assets at a leading international investment management firm. His extensive experience in global finance, regulation, and accounting will strengthen Inspira's management structures and accelerate its commercial expansion.

Mike Hershkovitz has been appointed to the Global Sales President position based in the United States. Hershkovitz has approximately twenty years of experience in senior roles at Johnson & Johnson and other global medical technologies. He will manage Inspira's sales strategy and hospital adoption initiatives worldwide.

Dagi Ben-Noon, CEO of Inspira Technologies, stated that the new leadership teams represent a strategic step for the company. He emphasized that the new appointments will assist the company in expanding its operations and strengthening its management structure.

The company thanked board member Limor Rosen for his contributions and welcomed Sivan Matza to the board.
