In the treasury bond auction held today, the reissuance of a 6-month (189 days) zero-coupon treasury bond was successfully completed. The simple interest rate determined for the auction was recorded at 36.53%, while the compound interest rate was noted at 39.72%.

Nominal Bids and Sales Figures

A total nominal bid of 77 billion 827.1 million lira was received in the auction. During this process, the nominal sales amount was 28 billion 284.1 million lira, while the net sales totaled 23 billion 774.7 million lira.

Public and Market Maker Bids

The total bid of 2 billion 100 million lira from the public sector was fully accepted. Additionally, offers of 17 billion 320.1 million lira were received from market makers, and 8 billion lira was sold to this group.

In this auction, the Treasury borrowed a total of 33 billion 874.7 million lira.
