MegaETH Foundation's Support for MEGA Token with USDM

The MegaETH Foundation has made an important announcement regarding its project that has attracted significant attention in the cryptocurrency world. It was announced that the Foundation will use the revenues obtained from the local stablecoin USDM for MEGA token repurchases. This development has drawn the attention of investors, while also revealing critical details about MegaETH's economic model.

This strategy, announced ahead of the mainnet launch, shows that the USDM stablecoin will play a strategic role in supporting the value of MEGA token (MEGA) as the lifeblood of the ecosystem. USDM is being developed in collaboration with MegaLabs and Ethena, and is supported by BlackRock's BUIDL fund. The functioning of this system aims to create a continuous demand cycle within the ecosystem by directing the returns obtained from the stablecoin's reserves directly to MEGA token repurchases.

The Foundation emphasized that the repurchases will automatically increase with the rise of applications on the network. One of the distinguishing features of MegaETH is that the token launch will be conducted through a model separate from the mainnet opening. The release of MEGA token is conditioned on the achievement of one of three key performance indicators (KPIs).

The set targets include reaching a USDM supply of 500 million dollars, the launch of 10 applications on the network, or three different applications earning a daily transaction fee of 50,000 dollars for 30 days. Once any of these targets are achieved, the MEGA token will officially be launched seven days later. Additionally, the project will introduce a beta version of proximity markets that reduce latency for high-frequency traders and market makers. This system will provide an environment where users can bid with MEGA token to obtain transaction priority and lower fees.

All these processes will be transparently tracked via a special interface starting from February 9. These steps taken by the MegaETH Foundation may create significant opportunities for investors.
