The company aims to increase its international energy storage potential by acquiring Corshellach Energy Storage Ltd. for approximately 3,494,000 GBP (approximately 197 million TL).
Gülermak completed this important acquisition through its subsidiary Gülermak Renewables Ltd., providing details via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The statement included, “A contract has been signed for the purchase of 100% of the shares of Corshellach Energy Storage Ltd. from RES UK & Ireland Limited, within the framework of the decision made by the Board of Directors of Gülermak Renewables Ltd. on October 16, 2025.”
With this acquisition, Corshellach Energy Storage Ltd. holds the necessary planning permission to establish an electricity storage facility with a capacity of 49.9 MW. Having been active in the United Kingdom for over 40 years, Corshellach possesses experience supporting over 45 GW of operations in addition to more than 28 gigawatts of renewable energy projects worldwide.
