Getir Araç's Sale to Tiktak Completed

Mubadala, the UAE-based fund manager, has officially completed the sale of Getir Araç to the short-term car rental company Tiktak.

Sale Process Progressed Quickly

Reuters reported last month that Mubadala was planning to sell Getir and its subsidiaries and had begun talks with potential buyers. During this process, the sale of Getir Araç occurred more swiftly than expected.

Financial Details

In a statement made by Anadolu Group Holding on KAP last Friday night, it was noted that the Anadolu Group's 25% stake was sold for a total of 5.51 million dollars. It was stated that the sale price would be collected in accordance with the specified payment plan.

Share Structure

The share distribution that forms the building blocks of Getir Araç consisted of 75% owned by Getir Retail, managed by Mubadala, and 25% owned by Çelik Motor.
