Critical Decision from Fenerbahçe: Extraordinary Financial General Assembly

Fenerbahçe Sports Club announced that an extraordinary financial general assembly meeting will be held on November 25, 2023, at 10:30 at Ülker Sports and Event Hall. A total of 50,250 members will have the right to participate in the meeting.

Items to be Voted on in the General Assembly

During the extraordinary financial general assembly, the following significant items will be discussed and put to a vote:

• Authority for Acquiring Real Estate from Public Institutions and Third Parties: Granting the Board of Directors the authority to acquire real estate (leasing, purchasing, allocating, usufruct, and easement rights) from public institutions and/or third parties in line with the club's goals.


• Revenue Sharing Projects: Granting the Board of Directors the authority for all transactions with Emlak Konut GYO Inc. regarding real estate located in the Kayışdağı and Küçükbakkalköy neighborhoods of the Ataşehir district.


• Leasing and Operation of Real Estate: Granting authority for leasing the lands owned or under usage rights of the club to third parties, and making operational agreements.


• Investment and Facility Management: Granting the Board of Directors the authority to carry out investment and facility projects on the club's owned real estate.


• Commercial Operation Authority: Granting the Board of Directors the authority to establish commercial enterprises domestically and internationally, participate in existing ones, and transfer shares.

Results of Previous Elections

The last three items to be voted on in this meeting were rejected in the previously held extraordinary election general assembly. Accepting these items, which are of critical importance for the future of Fenerbahçe, presents a significant opportunity for achieving the club's goals.
