EPDK President Mustafa Yılmaz stated that this decision is a critical step for the protection of consumers and the improvement of service quality. Yılmaz said, "As EPDK, we will not allow our citizens' rights to be neglected. We will closely monitor the implementation of this decision and ensure that payments are made on time."
