Enpara.com has transitioned to Enpara Bank: Will the problems be overcome?

Since 2012, Enpara.com, operating under QNB Bank A.Ş., has reached a significant milestone. Following feasibility studies and legal regulations, it has been restructured as Enpara Bank A.Ş. This partial spin-off process continued until August 28, 2025, and at the end of the process, the successful transfer of 8.3 million customers to the new bank was completed on September 27.

Recently, claims emerged on social media and some news platforms that Enpara users were experiencing problems with EFT and SWIFT transactions. However, Enpara's official statement emphasized that these claims were unfounded and that users were not experiencing any problems with their existing transactions. The statement included the phrase, "No problems with EFT and SWIFT transactions".

With the new structure, Enpara Bank aims to further enhance the user experience in digital banking. Prioritizing customer satisfaction, the bank strives to expand and improve its services, with the goal of providing uninterrupted and high-quality service to its users on digital platforms.
