Economic Strategies Were Discussed at the EKK Meeting.

The Economic Coordination Council (EKK) held an important meeting chaired by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz. The venue for the meeting was determined to be the Presidential Complex, the management center of Turkey. Many leading figures and senior officials attended this critical meeting.

In addition to ministers such as Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, and Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, important members of the AK Party also participated in the meeting. Along with AK Party Group President Abdullah Güler, Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala, and Vice President Nihat Zeybekci, key figures in the economy, such as President of the Presidential Strategy and Budget Office İbrahim Şenel and President of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) Fatih Karahan, were also present.

During the meeting, detailed assessments were made regarding the current state of the country's economy. It was learned that participants expressed their concerns about market fluctuations and inflation, and discussed potential solutions. It was particularly noted that they focused on how to manage fluctuations in exchange rates and rising costs.

Participants emphasized the need to clarify the policies to be implemented in order to reach economic growth targets. Additionally, a consensus was reached on the necessity of strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors. In this context, investment incentives and employment-boosting projects were highlighted.

The government aims to develop a comprehensive strategy to ensure economic stability and support growth. The results of the meeting will serve as a guide for upcoming reforms and programs in the coming days.
