New General Manager Takes the Helm of Hedef Portföy

Hedef Holding’s significant subsidiary Hedef Portföy has appointed Ömer Eryılmaz, who has over 35 years of experience in the finance sector, as the new General Manager.

Beginning of Career Journey

Ömer Eryılmaz, a graduate of Istanbul University Business School, started his career in 1986 at Sınai Yatırım Bankası. He held managerial positions in critical areas such as financial control, risk management, and auditing. Subsequently, he served as Deputy General Manager (CFO) at Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası (TSKB) for many years, overseeing important functions like financial control, taxation, budgeting-planning, and investor relations.

Played Roles in Significant Projects

Between 2006–2013, he served as the Chairman of the Board at TSKB Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.. He has also held management and supervisory board memberships in Iş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş., TSKB Yatırım Ortaklığı, and other financial institutions.

Achievements and Responsibilities

At the end of 2016, Ömer Eryılmaz was appointed to Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş., where he increased the company's market share and profitability. After retiring from TSKB and Yatırım Finansman in 2022, he served as CFO at Hedef Holding and concurrently took on responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors of Hedef Portföy.

New Role and Goals

With Ömer Eryılmaz's appointment as General Manager, Hedef Portföy aims to further enhance its corporate strength and investor orientation. Eryılmaz holds licenses in SPK Level 3, Derivatives, Corporate Governance Rating, Credit Rating, and Real Estate Appraisal, and he is married with two children.
