October 2023 Treasury Cash Balance: 195.9 Billion TL Deficit

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance detailed the cash realizations for the October 2023 period. According to the announced figures, the Treasury's cash revenues amounted to 1 trillion 138 billion 210 million TL, while cash expenditures were determined to be 1 trillion 334 billion 189 million TL.

Cash Balance and Non-Interest Expenditures

In light of these figures, the Treasury's cash balance recorded a deficit of 195 billion 879 million TL. Additionally, non-interest expenditures amounted to 1 trillion 174 billion 234 million TL, while interest payments were at 159 billion 855 million TL.

Non-Interest Balance Situation
