Attendees include prominent figures such as Prof. Dr. Erişah Arıcan, Chairman of the Board of Borsa Istanbul AŞ, Korkmaz Ergun, General Manager of Borsa Istanbul, John Mckenzie, WFE President, Halid El Hüssan, WFE Vice President, Carlson Tong, Chairman of the WFE Working Committee, and Loh Boon Chye, Executive Chairman of SGX Group, alongside numerous domestic and foreign representatives from the capital markets.

During a panel at the event, WFE President John Mckenzie assessed the future of capital markets and the impact of technology, addressing the importance of innovations like artificial intelligence and tokenization. Mckenzie discussed how technological change is shaping interactions in both private and public markets.

Halid El Hüssan, WFE Vice President, emphasized the impact of artificial intelligence and data analytics on the markets. Hüssan stated, "The direction of investors towards private equity credit contributes significantly to the trends shaping our sector."

Future Vision


This important event, held annually with the participation of nearly 250 senior representatives from about 90 countries around the world, plays a major role in addressing global financial developments and the sector's key topics. In the general assemblies held in 2021 and 2024, Borsa Istanbul was elected as a member of the WFE Board of Directors, representing the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
