Asset Management is Changing with Digital Wallets

Franklin Templeton, Fidelity, State Street, and WisdomTree experts stated at the Ondo Summit that the next stage of investing will be "wallet-focused." The experts predict that most financial assets will be held in tokenized digital wallets.

Panel participants emphasized that the tokenization infrastructure has now become a real asset, but the main challenge is to build infrastructure, establish trust, and provide education. They noted that it is these elements, rather than the technology itself, that hold greater significance.

Additionally, they proposed the idea that tokenized funds could enhance liquidity and collateral management. Similar to the early Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), successful tokenized products are expected to be adopted more for their functionality than their names.
