US-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced that it has started listing three new altcoins that have caught the attention of investors. Recall Network (RECALL), Yield Basis (YB), and DoubleZero (2Z) will start trading on different networks. This development presents an important opportunity for investors to diversify their portfolios.
Coinbase stated that spot trading for RECALL and YB will begin on October 15, while trading for 2Z will start on October 16. Transactions will be gradually activated, provided that liquidity conditions are met. Initially, users will only be able to trade on the RECALL-USD, YB-USD, and 2Z-USD trading pairs.
Coinbase also emphasized the importance of network compatibility for each token. The Recall Network (RECALL) token will be supported on the Base network, the Yield Basis (YB) token on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network, and the DoubleZero (2Z) token on the Solana (SPL) network. Users were warned that there is a risk of losing funds if transfers are made outside the specified networks.
Coinbase announced that due to the high volatility of the listed tokens, it will label these assets as “Experimental.” This label highlights the need for investors to exercise caution when trading. Detailed information about the meaning of the “Experimental” label can be accessed through the user support page.
The commencement of trading for the three new altcoins should be on the radar of cryptocurrency investors. It is important for traders and investors to follow up-to-date developments regarding each token's network compatibility and trading pairs.
