The social media platform X, which is served by Cloudflare, has been significantly impacted by this outage. X users are encountering an error message stating "There is an internal server error in Cloudflare's network" when attempting to access the site from desktop devices.
The outage has been reported by users from many countries including Turkey, USA, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Poland, Indonesia, Philippines, and United Kingdom.
Additionally, ChatGPT users have also reported access issues due to the Cloudflare outage. Many users worldwide are having difficulties reaching ChatGPT.
A Cloudflare spokesperson announced that the issue was caused by a internal service disruption. It was stated that some services may be temporarily affected and that efforts to resolve the issue are ongoing.
The cloud service provider indicated that there may be higher than normal error rates during the troubleshooting process. Work is ongoing to resolve the outage.
In an effort to resolve the issue, WARP access in London has been disabled. Therefore, users in London trying to access the internet via WARP are likely to encounter connection errors.
