Li stressed the need to protect institutions such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), which is central to global trade, and emphasized that G20 countries should lead in advocating for multilateralism. In this context, he expressed the need for improvement and reform in global economic governance.
Li also pointed out the necessity to reform international institutions such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), and WTO. He emphasized that the voices of developing countries should be more heard, highlighting the importance of establishing a fairer and more open international economic order.
