Bulls Portfolio and İsra Real Estate and Venture Portfolio have attracted attention in the fund market by offering new opportunities to investors. The launch of two new funds highlights the demand for diversified investment options once again.
Bills Portfolio's new equity mutual fund BOS, which began trading on Tefas on October 21, 2025, opened at a price of 1.0168 TL. This fund offers an attractive option for investors targeting short-term high returns with its flexible portfolio structure. It aims to capitalize on market fluctuations by allowing the use of volatile instruments like equities.
On the other hand, the second real estate investment fund IY2 of İsra Real Estate and Venture Portfolio draws attention with its real estate-based structure. Operating with a management fee of 2.5% per annum, this fund provides an option for investors aiming for stable income. IY2, which entered the market with a starting price of 999.93 TL, aims to create a long-term alternative in investors' portfolios.
The rapid launch of the two new funds is supported by strong demand from institutional investors. These new products take into account not only the short-term but also the long-term needs of investors, bringing an increase in the number of funds and a broad diversity to the market. Especially by 2025, the increase in the number of funds will reinforce the tendency of institutional investors to broaden their risk distribution.
