Borsa Istanbul's Margin Trading Ban: Skyalp and Hedef Holding

Important Announcement from Borsa İstanbul

Borsa İstanbul has announced the prohibition of margin trading for two shares, Skyalp Financial Technologies and Consulting and Hedef Holding. This ban will be in effect until November 27, 2025.

Volatility-Based Measures System (VBTS)

Under the Volatility-Based Measures System (VBTS) implemented by Borsa İstanbul in accordance with the decisions of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), these bans have come into effect. In the statement, it was indicated that for Hedef Holding, "HEDEF.E shares will not be subject to short selling and margin trading from transactions dated 28/10/2025 (from the beginning of the session) to transactions dated 27/11/2025 (until the end of the session)".

In the same context, it was stated for Skyalp Financial Technologies and Consulting that "SKYLP.E shares will be traded with an order package measure from transactions dated 28/10/2025 (from the beginning of the session) to transactions dated 27/11/2025 (until the end of the session)". This order package measure includes applications such as restricting market and limit order entries, prohibiting order cancellations and order size reductions, and limiting the dissemination of order collection information.

Ongoing Measures

These measures will continue to be valid, including previously taken bans on short selling and margin trading as well as gross settlement measures within the scope of VBTS.
