BlackRock has announced the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) fund as one of the three standout investment themes for 2025. This announcement comes despite the fact that the Bitcoin price has fallen by more than 4% this year.

The iShares Bitcoin Trust has attracted over $25 billion in investments since the beginning of the year, rising to become the sixth most popular ETF in terms of new investments this year.
