Sam Bankman-Fried Seeks to Clear His Name with New Court Filing

FTX cryptocurrency exchange's former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried has filed a new request in court to clear his name. This request has been filed by Bankman-Fried's mother.

At this stage, Bankman-Fried is representing himself. In his 35-page “pro se” filing, he has requested the court to hold a new hearing.

However, in order for Sam Bankman-Fried to gain the right to a new hearing, he must present convincing new evidence to the court.
