Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) announced that its total assets have reached $12.8 billion, declaring that it possesses one of the largest Ethereum (ETH) treasuries in the world. Renowned for its strategic investments in the crypto space, Bitmine shared its latest financial data and future goals with investors.

The company stated that as of January 25, 2026, it holds 4,243,338 units of Ethereum, which corresponds to 3.52% of the total supply. This achievement is considered a significant step that will elevate Bitmine to the top among institutional crypto treasuries. The company's assets are not limited to Ethereum; it also includes 193 units of Bitcoin (BTC), $682 million in cash, and investments in strategic initiatives.

Last week, Bitmine increased its portfolio by adding an additional 40,302 units of Ethereum, accelerating its accumulation rate. Additionally, it is employing a strategy to earn passive income by locking up 2,009,267 of its assets in staking, contributing to the network's operations. The goal is to generate an annual income of $374 million from these staking activities.

Tom Lee, who manages Bitmine's large Ethereum-focused investment plan, emphasized at the economic summit in Davos that Wall Street has fully embraced crypto assets. The company plans to launch its own staking infrastructure, MAVAN network, in the first quarter of 2026. With this move, Bitmine aims to offer one of the most secure staking solutions for institutional investors.

The company's ultimate goal is to own 5% of the total Ethereum supply. Rising to the position of the 91st most traded stock on U.S. exchanges, BMNR surpasses significant firms with an average daily trading volume of $1.2 billion. Supported by prominent investors like Cathie Wood and Pantera, Bitmine continues to grow by closely monitoring the price of Bitcoin and developments in the Ethereum ecosystem. This aggressive strategy underscores how intertwined digital assets have become with the traditional financial system.
