ArcBest announced the retirement of Dr. Craig E. Philip.

Fort Smith, Arkansas, October 31, 2025 – ArcBest® (Nasdaq: ARCB), a leader in supply chain logistics, announced that Dr. Craig E. Philip will retire from the board of directors following the meeting in January 2026. Dr. Philip has been a member of the ArcBest Board of Directors since 2011.

ArcBest also announced the appointment of Chris Sultemeier as a new member. With over 30 years of logistics and transportation experience, Sultemeier is expected to make significant contributions to the board. Having served as the Chief Logistics Officer for Walmart and as the CEO of Walmart Transportation, Sultemeier is currently a partner at NewRoad Capital Partners. His extensive experience in logistics complements the board’s skills in alignment with ArcBest’s long-term strategies.

During his tenure on the board, Dr. Philip has contributed valuable perspectives and has played a significant role in ArcBest’s transformation into an integrated logistics company by combining his engineering education with years of logistics experience. ArcBest also appointed Eduardo Conrado, who joined the board in 2016, as the independent board leader.
