Fabian Dori, investment director at Sygnum Bank, emphasized that the U.S. government's shutdown has brought Bitcoin's "store of value role" back to the agenda and noted that "interest in altcoins is reviving." According to Dori, strong inflows into Bitcoin ETFs and a reduction in selling pressure from long-term investors indicate that the market has entered an accumulation phase.

Nic Puckrin, co-founder of Coin Bureau, evaluates Ethereum's rise against Bitcoin as a "turning signal for altcoins." Puckrin stated, "This cycle is progressing quite differently from 2021; however, we are observing that certain altcoins have started to gain performance against Bitcoin. This situation shows that investors are beginning to shift back to assets outside of Bitcoin." According to DeFiLlama data, the total market value of stablecoins has surpassed $300 billion. This increase points to the potential for new liquidity entering the market to start a broader movement in altcoins in the coming weeks.

Bitcoin is currently trading around $123,100. Ethereum's quiet rise in the overall market continues to be the first address in investors' search for a "post-BTC route." These turnaround signals in altcoins may present significant opportunities for investors.
