In the statement, it was reported that the court's interim decision regarding the temporary stay and precautionary measures was announced on November 17, 2025. This marks the beginning of the company's financial restructuring process.

First Hearing Date Announced

The preliminary examination and initial investigation hearing will be held on February 13, 2026, at 10:30, taking into account the date when the temporary stay period will end.
