AfterDark Bitcoin ETF Will Skip ABD Trading Hours

A New Bitcoin ETF Application Submitted to the SEC

Nicholas Financial has initiated discussions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed investment fund (ETF) that holds Bitcoin exclusively at night. This proposed fund will operate under the name ‘AfterDark’.

AfterDark ETF will purchase Bitcoin after the U.S. stock market closes and then sell the Bitcoin during American trading hours to transition into Treasury bonds. This strategy was developed based on data indicating that Bitcoin performs better during the hours when traditional U.S. markets are closed.
