AerCap announced a new partnership with FlySafair.

DUBAI, UAE, November 18, 2025 - AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER) announced that it has signed a leasing agreement for three new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with FlySafair. The delivery of these aircraft is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2028. Additionally, an agreement has been made for two Boeing 737-800NG aircraft, which are expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2026. The transaction was unveiled at the 2025 Dubai Airshow.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes Vice President of Sales and Marketing Anbessie Yitbarek mentioned, "The addition of three 737 MAX aircraft is an important step in FlySafair's journey to modernize its fleet.
