AerCap Announces New Collaboration with FlySafair

DUBAI, UAE, November 18, 2025 - AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER) announced that it has signed a lease agreement with FlySafair for three new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. The delivery of these aircraft is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2028. Additionally, an agreement has been made for two Boeing 737-800NG aircraft, with delivery expected in the third quarter of 2026. The transaction was unveiled at the 2025 Dubai Airshow.
